Claudia Y. Tsou is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Court of Appeal of the District of Columbia, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Ms. Tsou is authorized by federal laws and regulations to represent clients before all US Immigration Courts and Offices nationwide as well as BCIS and US Consular Offices worldwide. Claudia Y. Tsou is a member of District of Columbia Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association.


What lawyers can accomplish is what might be called ‘little justices.’ In representing people day to day, lawyers can get justice for people and change lives for the better. If over the course of a career, a lawyer does a thousand little justice for people, that’s big justice.
